Damian Robledo, LCSW, MSW
What should your client know about you?
I often jump in and challenge the client when appropriate. I actively teach new skills and tools to the client, as my style is more of a coach and motivator.
What is your approach to therapy?
I employ a nuanced blend of interventions and therapeutic techniques. I’m dedicated to guiding clients through the discovery and dismantling of obstacles that impede their progress.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
My ultimate aim is to empower individuals to achieve transformative improvements in their quality of life.
What was your path on becoming a therapist?
I’ve applied the training and education I received in psychology to my personal life. The impact it’s had on me personally is what drives me and motivates me to share my knowledge with others. In my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a lot of amazing people and been witness to the positive changes they seek. I also coach, mentor, and supervise other therapists and interns, which is my way of giving back to a profession that has given so much to me.
