Ephraim Tokar, LMFT, MA
What should your client know about you?
I’m a caring, warm human being who tries his hardest to provide quality care to whomever I get the pleasure of working with.
What is your approach to therapy?
My approach in therapy is client-centered, leaning on SFBT, CBT, and EFT.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Clients will benefit from a nonjudgmental, warm environment where I as the therapist will work with you to help you reach all of your well being goals.
What was your path on becoming a therapist?
I received my Bachelors in Child Psychology and have worked with the teen/young adult population for several years. I then transitioned over to adults as I pursued my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have experience working with kids as young as 3 and now work primarily with the 18+ population, consisting of adults, couples, and geriatrics.
