What was your path to becoming a therapist?
With over five years of experience in Crisis Intervention and Mental Health, I’ve witnessed firsthand the power of being present and truly listening. These foundational skills have allowed me to create safe, holistic spaces for clients to heal, grow, and thrive. My work is fueled by my passion for fostering resilience and promoting emotional well-being.
