What should your client know about you?
I approach therapy at your discretion and with your comfort and awareness in mind. I believe in healing and using therapy as a strong intervention tool to aid with all of life’s ups and downs.
What is your approach to therapy?
My approach to providing therapy is always to meet the client where they are at, setting realistic expectations and provide support.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
My clients can expect to feel heard and validated.
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I have worked in Crisis Intervention and Mental Health for over 5 years and have learned that being present and listening to my clients are the foundational strengths needed to provide a safe and holistic space for others.
