Biography

Dr. Riedle received her bachelor’s degree (BA) in psychology from the University of Wisconsin, her master’s degree (MA) in psychology from the University of Iowa, and her doctoral degree (PhD) in clinical psychology from the University of Iowa. She completed her clinical internship and postdoctoral fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine.

Dr. Riedle is committed to providing empirically supported psychological intervention and assessment. Her approach to case conceptualization is individualized based on each patient’s goals, and she strongly believes that collaboration and clear communication are essential for effective therapy.

Dr. Riedle specializes in the telehealth treatment of depression, mood disorders, and perinatal mental health. She is trained in evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
