What kinds of things can I talk about?

Pretty much anything! Anxiety, burnout, identity stuff, past experiences, future goals, your boss, your mom, or why Wednesday feels weird. No topic is too broad, random, small, or too messy.

How do I know if I’m making progress?

Progress isn’t always linear (sorry, we wish it were). But we’ll check in regularly, set goals together, and celebrate the tiny wins that feel big inside.

Will therapy from home feel any less natural than in-person sessions?
Not at all. In fact, it can feel more comfortable. No commute, no office smells, and your pet can join (bonus support animal!).
